A free 15-minute discovery call is offered to answer your questions about therapy and explain how we can provide support. You may choose to conduct the call via phone or video.

Do you constantly put yourself down, compare yourself to others and wish your life could be different?

Assessment/Information Gathering

Assessment is generally carried out during a single 50-minute, chargeable session. Before your appointment, you will be provided with an assessment form to gather background information and summarise your concerns. Although completing this form in advance is not mandatory, doing so can help tailor a treatment plan and provide a better estimate of the number of sessions required based on your symptoms and goals.

How often am I required to attend? What is the personal investment cost?

Sessions are 50 minutes long and can be scheduled either weekly or fortnightly, based on your availability and preference.

Payment is required in advance for every session. Please note that missed sessions will be charged at the full rate of £90, and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will also incur the full fee. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

In addition, 30-minute Express Sessions are available for addressing specific issues, developing action plans, or providing additional insight and clarity. These sessions are priced at £55, must be paid in advance, and can be scheduled on an ad hoc basis—as a supplement to ongoing therapy or as a refresher when needed.
